Set Up:
There are 12 players set up on a field split into three zones. The game starts in the central zone, with the attacking team playing 4v2. The attackers must dribble into the next zone and try to finish 4v4. The attacking team may also play back into a safe zone, and the two attackers in that zone can score on long shots. On goals and balls put out of play, the game is re-started in the central zone by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. When the attackers look to dribble across, the defenders step up as a group.
2. The first defender pressures every ball, the second defender covers the next pass.
3. When the ball is switched, the flank defender must close down on the ball quickly.
Progressions:
1. When the ball is dribbled across, all six attackers can use the entire field.
