Explanation:
Each team sets up the passing practice shown. If you have 4 players in each team they do not follow their pass, with 5 or more players they pass and then follow. At the coaches discretion, they shout black or red. If they shout red then the ball the red team have is the one that will be used and both teams start playing a game. The player in black who has a ball needs to dribble and shoot (unopposed) into the red teams goal before joining the game. Let the players play, re-visit the passing pattern as often or as little as you wish during the game.
