Set Up:
Five cones are set up in a star shape, and three players are involved in the drill. Player 1 starts in the center, with Players 2 and 3 stationed below him. Either Player 2 or 3 can start with the ball. On the whistle, Player 1 runs around any of the three vacant cones and sprints back into the center to receive from Player 2. He then plays a one touch pass to Player 3, runs around another cone, and plays the next ball in the same manner. After 3-5 reps, Player 1 switches out with Player 2. The Coach determines how many turns the players will take.
Progression:
After Player 1 passes the ball back outside, the two outside players pass to each other, then pass the ball back into the center to Player 1.
