Set Up:
Four lines are set up outside of the penalty area with a Feeder placed in between. The two lines furthest away from the end line are for the attackers and the two lines closest to the end line are for the defenders. The lines for the defenders start 3-5 yards further to the outside of the field than the attackers. During the drill, the players will go 1v1 to goal, alternating sides of the field. The Feeder starts each sequence with a pass into the center, and the players can leave the cones with the first touch. From there, the attacker finishes on goal, looking to shoot if there is time, or by faking a shot when there isn't. Upon completion, the players go to the lines on the other side of the field and switch from attacking to defending and vice versa.
