Set Up:
Four passing lines are set up in a diamond shape. Two balls are running at the same time. The players pass back and forth to the line opposite from them, trying to strike one touch passes whenever possible. After passing, the players run to the line to their left, circulating clockwise around the field.
Coaching Points:
1. Strike the top half of the ball to keep it on the ground.
2. Use a second touch if neccesary to get the ball under control.
3. Use the correct weight on each pass, based on how fast the ball is moving.
Progressions:
1. Use two touches on every pass.
2. First touch with inside of the foot, second touch with outside of the foot.
