Set Up:
There are 12-16 players set up on the small field, starting at the cones. To start the drill, Player 1 passes across to Player 3 and runs an overlap around him. Player 3 plays square to Player 2, and then he plays across to Player 4. Player 4 then plays across to Player 5 to continue the passing sequence. The players follow their passes to the next cone during play, and a second ball can be added to increase the speed and difficulty of the drill.
Coaching Points:
1. Strike the top half of the ball in order to keep it on the ground.
2. Check the target one more time just before you pass.
3. Show in open space and call for every ball.
Progressions:
1. Quick two touch play with each pass.
