Set Up:
Teams of 4-5 players are set up on opposite end lines, each player with a ball. The attacker runs with the ball towards the opposite end line, looking to score in the small goal. After shooting, the attacker must defend the opposing player from scoring. Opposing players can begin their runs to goal when the previous player strikes his shot. A running score is kept throughout the game.
Coaching Points:
1. Touch the ball with the shoelaces as you run with it.
2. Look for the goal right after your last dribble touch.
3. Transition quickly from shooting to defending. Don't admire your goal.
Progressions:
1. Attackers must wait for the ball to cross the end line before starting their dribbling run.
