Setup:
Two teams of six players and two neutral players in a playing area of 40 x 30 yards. The team in possession include two neutral players in attempting to pass the ball to a teammate through any gate for one point. The only restriction is that they cannot go through the same gate twice consecutively, in order to encourage them to keep circulating possession around the pitch. If the defensive team win possession, the game continues but the roles now change with the neutral players now working with the new team in possession. Play for 3 x 4 minute games and rotate the target and neutral players after each one.
Coaching Points:
1. After scoring, quickly play the ball away from that gate.
2. If you lose possession, immediately try to win the ball back with numbers.
3. Just before an area of the field closes down, switch the ball out of that space.
