Set Up:
Ten players are set up on a large field, playing 5v5 with scoring zones on each end of the field. Each team defends their own end zone and looks to score by sending their target player (in the yellow jersey) into the opposite end zone. The ball can be passed or dribbled into the end zone to score. When a goal is scored, the attacking team keeps possession and attacks in the other direction. When the ball is put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Look to receive passes in behind the defense, or in front of the very last defender.
2. Open up with the first touch in order to see the opposite side of the field.
3. Create superior numbers by attacking immediately after winning the ball.
Progressions:
1. Use a triangle goal instead of an end zone.
