Set Up:
There are seven players set up inside of the small grid, playing 5v2. The five attackers play keep away from the two defenders. When a player loses the ball or plays it out of the grid, he becomes the new defender. If the two defenders have not won the ball within 30 seconds, a new pair of players rotates into the middle to defend. Balls put out of play are re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Before receiving the ball, figure out where your next pass is going.
2. Use feinting moves in order to slow down the defender’s approaching run.
3. Open up your stance when receiving and be able to see the entire field.
Progressions:
1. Limit the attackers to one or two touches.
