First Touch Drill
Player 1 passes thru the zone to Player 2. Player 2 takes his first touch around a cone and back into the zone before passing back to Player 1. Player 1 turns and plays the ball to Player 3. The players switch positions every two minutes.

Player 1 passes to Player 2. Player 2 takes his first touch around a cone and back into the zone before passing back out to Player 1. Player 1 lays the ball off for Player 2, who passes it up to Player 3. Players 1 and 2 switch places.

Six Goal Transition Game
Scoring in a small goal is worth one point, scoring in a large goal is worth two. The two GKs defend the three large goals, rotating to open goals during play. Players can run thru the goals, play is re-started with a kick in. Games are played to 11.

Turn away from a crowded goal and maintain possession.

When one side of the field closes down, switch the play.

Anticipate changes of possession and move before your opponent.
5v5 Plus Two, #5
Team play 3v2 plus one in each half. Players may not cross over the midfield line during play, and shots can only be taken in the attacking half. Upon completion, play is re-started by the Feeder or the goalkeeper.

Use the full width of the field in the defending half.

In the back half, open up and find the outside back.

Isolate defenders and attack them 1v1.
9v9, Free Play
Teams play on a field a bit smaller than a full field - penalty area width and one end line moved up to the edge of one penalty area. The length of the game is 30-40 minutes and play is continuous, meaning no stoppages by the coaching staff to instruct.
