Half of the players play within the grid, receiving passes from the outside. Possible conditions: One touch return passes, control air ball, return pass, turn away and pass to any player on the outside, return headers, etc.

By the Numbers
Ten players are given numbers and must pass the ball in sequence from 1 to 10. Player 10 passes to Player 1 when he receives it. The number of touches can be limited (see Progressions), and the direction of play can be reversed at any time.

Six Goal Transition Game
Scoring in a small goal is worth one point, scoring in a large goal is worth two. The two GKs defend the three large goals, rotating to open goals during play. Players can run thru the goals, play is re-started with a kick in. Games are played to 11.

8v8 Plus Two, One Goal Limit
The teams play 8v8 plus two. After scoring, the attacking team keeps the ball plays keep away in the other direction. They cannot shoot again until they lose the ball and regain possession. Upon completion, the Feeder re-starts play.

9v9, Free Play
Teams play on a field a bit smaller than a full field - penalty area width and one end line moved up to the edge of one penalty area. The length of the game is 30-40 minutes and play is continuous, meaning no stoppages by the coaching staff to instruct.
