2v2 Plus One, #5
The teams play 2v2 in each half, trying to keep possession in their half. The one neutral attacker is allowed to move in both halves of the field. The attackers can change the ball over to the other half after five passes. The Feeder re-starts play.

5v3, Transition
Three teams of five play 5v3 in one half, and the other two defenders stay in the central zone. The ball can be changed over to the other half after five passes. When a team loses possession, they become the defending team.

Anticipate turnovers and move first.

Do not ‘switch off’. Continue playing.

Defenders in the central zone must move as a unit.
5v5, Split Field, #1
The teams have a 3v2 advantage in their defensive half, and look to play the ball across to their two teammates. Two attackers can cross over with the pass to create a 4v3. GKs restart play on balls put out of play.

Use the up and back combination to get across.
6v6 Plus Two, #1
Teams play 6 v 6 and use the two neutral attackers playing in the channels. Defenders may not enter the channels. The neutrals get two touches and they may not shoot. GKs re-start play. Games are played to two goals, and the neutrals rotate out after each game.

5v5, Quick Games
Teams play 5v5 games to two goals with a five minute time limit. Free play, no stops for coaching. Play is re-started by the GKs. In the event of a tie, the coach can decide to let the defending champs stay on or go off or determine the winner with a crossbar challenge.
