Set Up:
There are 11 players set up inside the penalty area, playing 2v2 with four players stationed at the cones. During the game, the attacking team can play the ball to a teammate on the outside to relieve pressure. The outside players have a two touch limit. If the defending team wins the ball, they must play it out to a teammate before shooting on goal. When a goal is scored or the ball is put out of play, the Feeder re-starts play. The outside players rotate in after five minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Look for first time shots from passes set back from the end line.
2. Anticipate changes of possession and switch quickly to the attack or the defense.
3. Fake the shot as the defender closes in, and then take the ball to goal.
Progressions:
1. Outside players can shoot on the goal.
