Set Up:
There are eight players set up on a small field, playing 4v4 with scoring zones set up at each end. During the game, the attackers score by dribbling the ball across the line and into the scoring zone. Two defenders must play inside of the scoring zone, leaving the other two to defend 4v2. When a goal is scored, the attacking team keeps possession and attacks in the other direction. On goals and turnovers, the defenders must send two players down the field into the other scoring zone. On balls put out of play, the game is re-started by the Feeder.
Coaching Points:
1. Expand the field to full width, forcing the defenders to cover the entire space.
2. Attack one corner of the scoring zone. When the defense slides over, change the field.
3. Attack immediately after scoring, while the defense is re-organizing.
Progressions:
1. Only use one player to defend the end zone.
