Set Up:
10 players are set up on a small field, playing 2v2 with players stationed on the end lines. The Feeder begins play with a pass in to either of the attacking players. They look to finish on goal, and can use their teammates on the end line to relieve pressure. The end line players are limited to one touch. Balls played out of bounds are re-started with a kick in, and balls played over the end line are re-started by the Feeder. The games are to two goals, with a five minute time limit. One new player comes on after each game.
Coaching Points:
1. Communicate who is going to pressure and who is going to cover.
2. Force the attacker away from his teammate and make him play 1v1.
3. Once you turn an attacker away from goal, don't let him turn and face again.
Progressions:
1. A new player comes on after every shot on goal.
